How can I send money using Revolusend?

In order to send remittances, you must create an account by downloading our Revolupay app (Play Store or App Store) and follow the registration steps. Later you can access the Revolusend service as shown in the attached image.

MLC Account Number vs MLC Card Number

Revolusend works with the MLC account number (which starts with 05, 06 or 12 depending on the bank), it does not work with the card number that starts with 9. To obtain the associated MLC account number, simply look at the bank's contract.

How does Revolusend send money to Cuba?

We can handle money transfers in €UR to MLC account (BPA, BANDEC and BANMET). For this you must enter the number of the MLC account (begins with 05, 06 or 12) and not the number of the MLC card (the one that begins with 9). To find the MLC account number you should look at the bank contract.

I am receiving a message that my phone number is already in use. How can I continue?

If it appears that the number is duplicated, it is because you have already started the registration at some earlier time. At this point, what you should do is log in and complete the registration steps (you should not try to register again).

The SMS with the verification code takes too long or does not arrive

If you do not receive the verification SMS, write to us at using the embedded contact form you will find in the bottom right corner and we will send it to you by an alternative means. Please, once you access the app you must change the method of receiving the codes to receive them by email because it is more reliable.

The App tells me that I have exceeded the daily message limit

If too many security code messages are requested, you must wait 24 hours to repeat the order.
